What If Your Anger Is Sacred?

I held my first Anger & Rage workshop with my friend Ali.

Her work has been transformational for me and to now co-create with her was beyond powerful.

It was inside her container where I first realized:

I love this work. I’m good at it. And it’s so. fucking. needed.

See, I used to run from my anger.

Because the world told me it wasn’t safe.
Because the men around me expressed it like bombs going off.
Because I was a “nice guy” with a cloak of gentleness—but inside, I was boiling.

And that fire turned inward.

Not expressed. Not released.
Just pressure.
Rage without a home.

I suppressed my anger for 11 years. Eleven.

Do you know what that does to a man?

It makes you numb. Heavy.
It turns your "niceness" into a mask.
Your boundaries blur.
Your body tightens.

Anger isn’t the enemy.
Unexpressed anger is.

And unskilled expression is what turns fire into destruction—
instead of fuel.

How many of us are walking around with that weight?

How many are afraid of their own fire?

What is that suppression costing you?

My dream is simple:

To create spaces where anger isn’t feared, but welcomed.

Where men and women can feel it, express it and learn to channel it.

Not suppress. Not explode.

Channel. Transmute.

So it becomes the fire of devotion.
Of truth.
Of unshakable presence.

And here’s what I see in so many spiritual spaces…

We love talking about love and light. I do too.

But if we don’t face our shadows…
our light stays surface.

Without our rage, our light has no roots.
Without our darkness, our spine stays soft.

This is the work:

To become the kind of human who can hold the full range.

Tender heart. Fierce spine.
Warrior. Lover.
Love that knows how to roar.
